BDS-C Dryer / Biomass Drying System built in a Container

BDS-C is a compact belt-dryer with a synthetic belt; it can be applied in many various fields – uncompromising towards robustness, drying results and availability.

The BDS-C Dryer, built in a container, has a lot advantages:

• clear intersections
• easy adaption to existing equipment
• short assembly time because of pre-fabrication
• portable and ready for use within a minimum time
• it is weatherproofed and can be placed outside; no hall or roof is needed

Most of our dryers are places next to Biogas plants using the thermal output (70-90°C) of the CHP unit to dry digestates up to 85% DS. But it can also be used for drying other products like:

• Corn
• Cereals
• Woodchips
• Sewage sludge
